Behavioral Technical Other

It was a long recruitment process that took about 1.5 months, and they really vetted me. There was one casual interview and then one technical interview. The management and panel were super friendly and kind, making me feel comfortable. I had to do 4 assessments: a personality test, a behavioral test, a cognitive assessment, and a technical assessment. After that, I got to meet some team members for coffee.

You gotta submit your app on their careers website, then if they like you, you get shortlisted for an interview. After that, there's an aptitude assessment, and if you ace it, you get an offer. The whole thing can take ages, mainly cuz of how long you wait for feedback.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process involved two interviews: the first with a Talent Acquisition Specialist and an HR manager, focusing on my recruitment experience, interpersonal skills, strengths, weaknesses, and past successes/failures. The second interview was a practical assessment where I completed real recruitment tasks, including shortlisting CVs for past positions at Momentum Group. I also underwent a psychometric test. Despite completing this extensive 3-4 month process, I was never formally notified of the outcome by the HR department, only discovering I was unsuccessful when the job was re-advertised, which was unprofessional conduct for a large organization.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share your accomplishments as a Talent Acquisition Researcher?
