Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So first I had this hour-long video chat with the recruiter, then like a couple days later she called me again. Then about a week after that, I had this hour-long video interview with a director. After that, there was this panel video interview, it was like over an hour long, with some team members. Before that last interview, I had to do an online behavioral assessment. They also gave me a case study beforehand for the panel interview, and I had to prepare a presentation on a project I completed.

I had three rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with the recruitment director, which was a professional and pleasant conversation. Next, I interviewed with the Head of Marketing & PR. For this part, I was given three tasks: write an article about their business, create three slides to present it, and develop a full marketing campaign for one of their products. I thought this was an unacceptable way to evaluate candidates, but I completed all the tasks. Then, I presented the marketing campaign to three senior executives and answered their questions. After about a week, I was told I wasn't selected, with no reason or feedback given. It's strange because it's been a year and they still haven't filled the role, and they keep reposting the job ad. I suspect they might be using interviews to get free ideas and materials.

They sent three extensive tests that take plenty of time to fulfill. They said I did pretty well on all of them and the interview, but then had me weeks telling me that they had yet to take a decision to ultimately completely ghost me instead of be straight and tell me they picked someone else. Extremely unproffesional and would recommend not waste time in their test and interviews since they won't even take the time to tell you they did not choose you.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a phone interview with HR, then a one-sided video Q&A. After that, there was a phone interview with the clinical director, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager and national director. It was a pretty straightforward and positive experience. You will know right away if you are a good fit based on the interviewers responses.
