The interview was conducted at a local Starbucks because the office building was undergoing construction. I was not initially aware of this change in venue and had to contact HR on the day of the interview to be informed that I was at the wrong location.

First, an assistant director or owner will review your application and resume to get a feel for your personality, your drive, your ability to collaborate, your capacity to handle pressure, and most importantly, your learning potential. If you align with the company culture, you'll then be sent to the field with a corporate trainer for an interview. This phase will revisit some earlier questions, cover the compensation and scheduling details, and confirm your understanding that this is a performance-based sales role. Should the trainer find you coachable, a final interview with the owner or an assistant director will take place. While it might seem like a formality, this is a final assessment of your personality and your retention of information from the previous round. An offer will be extended if you don't appear completely incompetent. They are primarily assessing your work ethic, motivation, and willingness to learn; if you have a strong learning aptitude, the other two can be taught.

Behavioral Presentation

Application had some great questions. There were 3 rounds of interviews. I met with 2 different managers and 1 supervisor, each for a separate interview. The first interview covered the basic aspects of the business. The second interview was on-site with a supervisor to show me what the entry-level role would entail and discuss potential career growth. The third interview was back at the office to go over the business and discuss salary.
