I had one interview with the hiring manager via Zoom. The questions were based on my resume. I got the offer about 2-3 weeks after the interview. I found out they don't usually give return offers to interns, which I guess is why the interview was pretty quick and easy.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the Business Analyst role and went through two interview rounds. The HR person called initially and then was out of touch for a while. After about 10 days, the first interview was scheduled for 12 PM IST, which was inconvenient for the interviewer in the US (midnight for them), so it got canceled. It was rescheduled for 3 PM IST the next day, which was 4 AM for them. The interview went well. A couple of days later, I got an email saying the next round would be set up soon. However, after 10-15 days, I had to follow up a few times before the second round was scheduled. This round also went well, but there was no feedback or update afterward, even after multiple follow-ups. It's frustrating when communication is lacking like this.

The interview process had 5 levels and took about a month to complete. It was very well organized and accommodated my availability. The first two levels were technical interviews, and the remaining three focused on management and leadership, presenting hypothetical situations and asking how I would handle them.

Behavioral Other

The first step was a recruiter call, which was easy and welcoming. Then scheduling for the in-person interview was a nightmare; I nearly quit the process because they didn't respond quickly and their emails were confusing, buried in chains. I had to pay for travel myself and still haven't been reimbursed after 7 weeks. They just asked for my bank details for routing when I'd previously told them to send a check. After the screening, there were five interviews over three days, which felt like a waste of my time. One interviewer mentioned they had an internal candidate, making me feel like a token checkbox. Another just asked the most basic "what makes you the best candidate for the job" question and didn't seem to use his allocated time for questions, or maybe he wasn't ready? If this is how they operate, I'm glad I'm working elsewhere.
