The process included a phone screen, a phone interview, and a face-to-face interview. There was a lot of waiting between stages because the hiring manager was traveling. When the phone interview with the hiring manager was set up, he initially no-showed. A few days later, we finally connected by phone. He then asked me to come in for an in-person interview, but it took a lot of effort to get that scheduled. The face-to-face interview was the Friday before Thanksgiving. I was told that feedback would be delayed because the hiring manager was going on vacation for the holiday and the following week would be spent dealing with a family member's surgery. When I asked the recruiter if I'd still get feedback that week, she said they had already decided to go with someone else a week prior. They strung me along for a whole week, making me think they hadn't decided yet. It makes me question why I'd want to work for a company that shows such little respect to candidates.

It was quite involved and tiring, including a presentation and a general knowledge test. Also had to talk about my experiences and things from my daily life. Talk about the past, family relationships, knowledge of the area of practice, and behavior in the doctor's office.
