Applied online and then Benjamin reached out for a chat about my CV and the job. He then set up an interview with Cydny in a couple of days and sent me a link for an assessment. The next day, I filled out some stuff on the Momenta website and did one of three tests. Later that day, Benjamin contacted me again asking about availability for an interview with Deloitte, as they were interested in speaking with me. I provided him with some dates. However, later that same afternoon/evening, I saw on my Momenta account that my application was unsuccessful. I'm confused because how can it be unsuccessful already when I have an interview scheduled for the next day with Cydny and I thought Deloitte also wanted to interview me this/next week? It feels like a waste of my time scheduling interviews and doing assessments if I was unsuitable from the start without even having the interviews or finishing the assessments!

I applied by sending my CV and got a call the next day from a 'mentor' at momenta who explained the role more. Then I had to do two basic timed assessments sent by email: a business letter and a spreadsheet, marked on speed and accuracy. I scored highly, so the next step was a disclosure, FIVE vetting forms, and loads of other forms plus two IDs. After that was a Skype interview, which was basic, just to get to know me and prep for the main phone interview with Deloitte. They gave me questions for the Skype interview, but they weren't much use unless you knew PPI already. I only got a few right, most I had to apologize for not knowing. But, I got a call the next day offering me the job, starting next week, with the contract only coming Friday before. The "mentor" called mid-week to say I wasn't starting next week and might start in August, but it wasn't guaranteed, which they never mentioned. I'm glad I didn't hand my notice in! Then the umbrella company called to say once I do start, I won't get paid for over 45 days, and even then, they might mess about. Don't bother with this company, it's a joke, they don't care!

Applied online. Got a call back several weeks later. I went to their offices for 2 sessions. First, a case study question, and then a face-to-face interview. It was pretty easy overall. Just make sure you know what you're getting into with the role. They kept emphasizing it was a graduate position. I didn't really get it until I started working and saw people with way less experience making more money, even though we had the same training and learned the same things on the job. It was pretty frustrating thinking about that all the time. So, double-check if you're applying for contract roles because being a grad doesn't offer many benefits besides paid holidays.

The interview day and time was changed multiple times. I had a phone interview, a role-play, and an assessment I was only told about 40mins before the roleplay (which had to be submitted before the roleplay). Overall it was a terrible experience, I was not able to get hold of the agency for almost 2 weeks to find out if I was successful or not and had to take on another job.
