The interview process was very personal and thorough. I had two rounds to get to know the owners, and each round lasted about an hour. The conversations flowed very easily.

First, I had a virtual meeting with the regional director. Then, I went in for a longer, in-store interview that lasted about 1 to 2.5 hours. During this time, I was asked to go onto the sales floor and create 3 to 5 outfits.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied on a Thursday and was emailed Friday to set up an interview for Monday. I had a great chat with Molly Green, and then was asked to do a working interview, which I also really enjoyed. The regional manager, Anna, is lovely and made me feel comfortable. We talked about my desire to grow in the company, my strengths, and weaknesses. We also had a more personal conversation about life and happiness in a role. Anna's focus on building a positive work relationship was clear. After the working interview, I met the owners, Brittany and Brandon, who also made me feel secure about my career prospects. I got a call the next day with the offer, and I'm thrilled to join the team.
