They call you via Zoom. They ask what you did previously. Then they ask you to talk about yourself. They inquire about your resume, your strengths, and your weaknesses. The people are nice, and the questions are reasonable.

Presentation Behavioral

The interview was pretty chill and they asked me to prepare and give a presentation to the admissions team. Then they asked a bunch of questions, acting like they were prospective students and parents. It went on for about 2 hours.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was pretty standard, nothing too tough. It was a good process overall with nice people. It's a smaller college, but it felt genuine. I liked the people there and the students seemed great too. The president seems like a good person. The campus is nice. It really seems like a good, wholesome place. That's about all I can think of to say.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a phone interview first, and they asked a few questions. The most important thing to them was how much minimum salary you would accept - this felt like a red flag. Then there was a panel interview with typical questions. References were asked for, and then an offer was made. It was a very low offer, but the job market wasn't competitive back then. Salary was not negotiable. The whole process took about 3 weeks.
