I had two interviews. The first one was with my supervisor, and the second one was with the lead manager, a rep from quality assurance, and a supervisor. Each interview was about 30 minutes long, and they made sure it lasted at least 30 minutes.

It was a chill process with the former administrator. I walked in said good morning to both the supervisor and administrator. We sat down and they asked questions about my experience. I told them about my experience and they loved it that I was confident and outgoing. At the end of the interview they asked if I had any questions and I asked if they have more interviews and they said they had a handful amd I said, "It's okay you guys don't need to look any further you have your hardworking MA right here." Nailed it.

The interview process was quite straightforward. It started with an initial chat with the HR recruiter, who was pleasant to interact with. Following that, there were three rounds of interviews, each involving two interviewers, conducted over a two-week period. The process concluded with an offer, which I ultimately declined due to the compensation and paid time off package offered.

I applied on Molina's website and heard back from Human Resources in California two weeks later who set up the interview. I met with the immediate supervisor, her boss, and another person from their department for a panel interview. The questions were similar to what others have posted. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.
