After an initial phone call, I was asked to come to their office for a half-day group assessment (no reimbursement provided). At the end of it, we were sent away without any explanation or feedback for improvement, only with the promise that we would be contacted later and given phone feedback (which never happened). After many interviews, I want to emphasize that this was by far the worst, both for the time wasted and for the treatment we received from the company's employees.

There were two selection steps. It was an individual interview where they asked about my previous work experience, my strengths and weaknesses, and my English proficiency. This was for a six-month internship position, with the possibility of a permanent contract after the internship concluded.

I applied online and they called me for an interview. It lasted a little under an hour. I met the new HR Manager, who I was told about last minute. They told me their budget for the position, which was pretty low. They made it seem like the position was mine, saying “I didn’t have to worry. The position is yours.” I emailed for the status and they said they were going with someone else. The reason was generic, but it’s because I asked for 5k more than the low budget they offered. The fact that they offered a low salary suggests they might have high turnover. It’s not even close to industry standards. I’m relieved I didn’t get the job.

After dozens of interviews in my life, this was undoubtedly the worst experience: zero professionalism and, above all, zero respect. Time and money completely wasted. I was initially contacted by phone and had to answer some basic questions. Then I had an interview with about ten other candidates in person in Milan (no reimbursement). First, they made us do a written English test, and then we had to simulate various work situations. Finally, the managers told us which people would have to stay immediately for an individual interview, while the others would be contacted later. Unfortunately, neither I nor other candidates ever received the call that was mentioned. The worst part is that, after going to Milan at our own expense and spending the whole morning in a group interview, we received no feedback, suggestions, or explanations whatsoever. Really disappointed by the terrible modus operandi!
