The interview process was quite relaxed and I'm still waiting to hear if I got the job. There were three rounds in total, and I spoke with about five different people. I'd suggest this interview process to others.

I got invited for an on-site. Met the CEO and the Medical Director. They asked if I could come back to meet the person doing the job right now. All three were great. They showed me around, asked about my background, and gauged if I could stick to the timeline. They also gave me an overview of the main challenge they were facing. I decided to withdraw my application after thinking hard, for personal reasons, not because of the company.

Phone screen then an onsite interview. It was a slow process, and the onsite was unorganized. The team was late starting, and not everyone showed up. It's a growing company with a nice team, but I'm not sure about the work-life balance.

It was an easy process, I interviewed on-site towards the end of the day. They have a nice building with lots of wide open spaces. I met with the Customer Service Manager, and it was a pleasant conversation.
