I had a lot of calls with the recruiting team to discuss general things like why I wanted to work for Mol and my salary expectations. After that, I had a video call with two managers and the recruiter. In the end, after a week, they called me to let me know I wasn't selected. It was great and they were very friendly.

It started with a phone call from an external recruiter asking about my start date, salary expectations, and remote work preferences. Then, I had a Teams interview with both an internal recruiter and the hiring manager. After that, there was another Teams interview with a second-level manager. Finally, I completed a CUT-e online test which included cognitive and personality assessments. They did mention a potential in-person team meeting as a possible next step, but it ended up not happening.

After registering on the company's site, I applied easily. It took a long time for HR to contact me. After replying to all questions again in writing, no feedback was provided. Then suddenly, after 3-4 weeks, an unexpected phone interview took place. After that, no feedback again, they left me without any exact or definite offer/decline. The HR staff sort of disappeared... However, my application within the registered system is still active, the position is still open. So I wait for the in-person interview which was mentioned to follow the phone interview.

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter to chat about why I want the job and what my salary expectations are. Then, about two weeks later, I had an interview with the recruiter and the hiring manager. Right after that interview, the recruiter called me to do some tests: a numerical reasoning test, a logical reasoning test, a verbal reasoning test, a personality test, a leadership test, and an e-tray exercise. The tests were supposed to take 1.5 hours, but it really took about 2.5 hours. They got the results right away and discussed them with me. After that, I got a call saying they wanted to offer me the job, pending a reference check. I sent them my references the same day, and they made the offer a couple of days later, with the same salary we talked about initially.
