I applied for this role and Michael from the company reached out about my application. He wanted me to interview with Nikole. During the interview, Nikole was very rude, brief, and condescending. She spoke to me as if I were an idiot multiple times, even though I have years of marketing experience. A few days later, Nikole contacted me again via LinkedIn messages, not email, which was unprofessional. Nikole's impression was so bad that I am writing this review now. It's a shame because the CEO was not like that. I work for a corporate enterprise company and I'm grateful we have culture standards and leaders who treat people respectfully. As you look for jobs, don't waste your time with this company.

The application process was smooth and fast. I applied through my university's job board, and within two days, the company president called me to schedule a phone interview. This was my first job phone interview. During the call, the president told me about the company and its work and checked my interest in the role. After that, she invited me for an in-person interview with the CEO, which lasted about 30 minutes, and I was offered the job right after.

The interview process with Mojo was pretty thorough and took a while, which was great because I was moving into a new field after a long time at my previous company and needed to make sure it was the right move for both me and Mojo. It started with a Zoom screening to see if my skills aligned with the role's requirements. Then there was another Zoom chat, an in-person meeting, and a practical exercise to check my expertise and soft skills. I really liked the process and how Ashton and Nikole kept me informed the whole time. Mojo really takes their time to hire the right people, and they've built an awesome culture they work hard to maintain! My first day was also super welcoming from everyone on the team!

Super straightforward interview process; you always knew what was next. Mojo communicates really well and keeps things moving. Mojo cares more about the person and who they are, really wanting to make sure they're a great cultural fit, than they care about skills, background, achievements, experience, or certifications. Skills can be taught, and they're totally willing to teach those skills to the right person.
