About a week after applying, I got a call from HR asking if I had a few minutes to chat. I thought it would be a quick screening, so I said yes. It ended up being a 30-minute ordeal where the HR person was kind of rude and unprofessional. I felt like they were hostile when asking questions like, "If you wanted to do X, then why didn't you go back to school for that?". I was really unimpressed and glad I didn't get a callback, and frankly, I was annoyed that a 30-minute call wasn't even scheduled via email first.

Had a great phone interview with an HR rep who, after checking out my skills, gave me some really useful tips on how to operate within the marketing department. The in-person interviews were also excellent. I could tell they were genuinely enthusiastic about me and what I could contribute, which made me feel equally excited about joining the company. We had to reschedule the second interview, but they kept me well-informed about the change.

It was 3 interviews. Fair and easy process. I spoke with my manager and some other team members. All were engaging and nice. Overall, it's a pretty straightforward process. Questions were not too difficult or out of the ordinary.
