Interviewed for an IT admin job. It was appallingly bad. The interviewer spent ages complaining about company benefits and didn't even look at my resume until the interview started. After grilling me for 45 minutes, he found one tiny thing missing from his preferred experience list, even though I met all other requirements. Then he just said 'nah' and ended it.

I met with Mary Wren at the Eagleview Employee center. She was very personable and hired me on the spot. It's relatively easy to get hired here, even with only one previous job. I think 80% of the hiring process was based on personality. You need to be hospitable and comfortable talking with strangers. There's an extensive background check where they scan your hand because you'll be issued a gambling license since it's a Casino resort.
