Technical Behavioral Case Group

The first round involved two analysts, each for 30 minutes, covering technical and behavioral aspects. Technical topics included DCF, precedent transactions, LBOs, and multiples. There were also a couple of paper LBO questions. Behaviorally, they asked about sector knowledge. The final round had three parts: an interview with a senior banker, an individual case study, and a group interview (which wasn't finance-related).

The interview process wasn't too bad. My first interview was with one of the employees. They asked if I knew what was special about their company, which I didn't really know. He mentioned something about 'not having a balance sheet, but instead they have a virtual one' whatever that means.
