First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Modulaire Group.
SOX Leader
The HR interview was very informative and did a great job selling the company. However, the Technical interview was disappointing, as it didn't attempt to sell the job and felt like a routine check-the-box activity.
- Asked tactical rather than strategic questions.
Sales Executive
It was a long and drawn-out process with multiple interviews and some testing. The management was nice and the interview process overall went well. However, the company is in a state of flux right now, so it seems like there's a lack of long-term stability. I did get an offer letter with a firm start date, but then had it rescinded two weeks before I was supposed to start because of disorganization from management. Just be aware, they don't honor their written contracts.
- Can you describe the most challenging sales situation you've encountered in your career?
Program Manager
The interview process involved about 10 interviews, meeting with various top and front-line managers. It was a really thorough process, and by the end, I had a pretty good understanding of what the company does.
- Can you introduce yourself?
