Finally, a practical coding session with Senior Engineers where I had to build a Java app based on requirements, followed by a 30 min general discussion.

So I had three rounds in total. The first one was like an initial chat where we talked about my OPT status and if I needed relocation, and also went over my experience to see how it fit the job. Then I had a chat with the hiring manager, and after that, I got to the final panel interview. It turns out they don't hire OPT candidates or help with relocation, which was kind of a bummer since I brought that up in the first round. Would've been cool if they'd been upfront about that earlier, you know? The team was nice and the interviews were professional, just wish they'd been clearer about their hiring rules from the jump.
