It started with an HR screening call, then a hiring manager call. After that, I went for an on-site interview which consisted of 5 one-on-one sessions. There were technical questions and questions about cultural fit. They also gave me a quick tour of the facilities. I had lunch with the team.

The interview process had 4 steps. First, a 20-30 minute phone screening with HR. Second, a 60-minute interview with the hiring manager. Third, I had to present a topic of my choice, related to the company and the role. Fourth, I was supposed to meet the team on site. Steps 1-3 were remote. I got rejected after step 3. It was all pretty amicable. I wish I'd had clearer instructions for the presentation, it was too open-ended and I wasn't sure what they were looking for. On the downside, communication was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a generic rejection email with no specific feedback.

I applied and after two weeks they called me for a phone interview. It went pretty well, and the next week they emailed saying they wanted me to come in and meet the team. But it's been over a month now and I haven't heard anything back from HR or the person who interviewed me on the phone.
