I had to drive the whole thing. It took 5 months of my follow-up to get it. When they finally offered, they wanted me to start the next Monday. The HR dept was a struggle and the mgr involved worked from out-of-town.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was conducted very professionally. It started on time and lasted about an hour. What I really liked was that the questions were practical and directly related to the job I was applying for, my background, and how my experience would fit the role's responsibilities. The two interviewers didn't ask any frustrating 'gotcha' questions, which I've encountered a lot before and really dislike. All in all, I was very pleased with how it went, especially compared to other interviews I've had.

The recruiter was very friendly and provided a lot of useful information, which made me really excited about the opportunity. I was a bit nervous because this was my first interview since returning to work after my daughter was born. The hiring managers were also very kind and helped me feel more comfortable. I enjoyed touring the facility and observing how happy and engaged the employees were. The overall friendly atmosphere made me want to work there, and I was delighted to receive an offer a few days later.
