The interview wasn't stressful at all, it was very easygoing! The interviewer asked me typical questions for a restaurant job. I felt really comfortable and confident. I was hired the same day and started the job soon after. The environment seemed very welcoming!

I went through an interview and did a store follow at another location. Everything went well but I never heard back from them. I went through another interview with a different person and it went well also. That manager seemed very interested as well. Got ghosted again. Strange company and very unprofessional.

It's a chill, one-on-one chat with a manager (they call them coaches) about your experience and what you expect from the job and the company. It's super casual since there's no real office, just a desk, and managers work alongside the crew. They really value being upfront and honest, so if they don't have an answer right away, they'll get you an email with the correct info instead of a vague one.
