I showed up for my interview and was left waiting in the lobby. The front office staff didn't offer a place to sit or any estimate on when the interviewer would arrive. They were also gossiping and using their phones, which seemed unprofessional. The interviewer eventually showed up 10 minutes late. The job description felt misleading, and the whole company seemed unprofessional. I've withdrawn my application.

I had two interviews, one with the HR director and another with one of the VPs. They showed me around the place and explained how things work and how products are shipped. The whole thing took about an hour. A few days later, they called and offered me the job.

I had one interview with two people, the HR manager and the VP, and then I was offered the job! I got a tour of the place and had onboarding on a different day. The HR manager, Paul, is a cool guy and not intimidating. The interview was about an hour long and they asked basic questions like a typical interview.

It was a relaxed and informative interview. They talked about the role and what it takes to succeed in it. They also shared the company's history and future plans. I was able to ask questions throughout the interview.
