Bookkeeper
The interviews were pretty simple except that they were group interviews. I had not done one of these before, so it took me a bit to get used to it.
- Why do you think you are a good fit for this role
Service Manager
You sit in a panel-style interview with your future supervisor, the HR manager, and a senior manager. They'll ask you a bunch of questions, and then you get to ask yours and answer some more open-ended questions.
- How would you prioritize ticket work?
Sales Executive
I had 1 phone interview with the Sales Manager and then 2 in person interviews. The HR person, Sales Manager, and one of the owners were at both of those. I think now we do phone interviews with the HR person.
- What are my strengths and weaknesses?
