The interview process was straightforward and easy. There were 3 interviews in total. It started with a phone interview, followed by two more interviews with the brand manager and the SVP. I'd suggest preparing questions about your personality and what skills you have.

I had three interviews with different employees. The last one was a really weird "social" interview at a bar. They also mentioned a take-home assignment, but they actually forgot to ask me for it. They also kept bringing up a recent mistake that the associate director had made, which looking back was definitely a red flag.

Had four really good interviews. Most of what was discussed was accurate, except when the CEO mentioned they don't fire people without trying to help them improve first. I wish I'd had a chance to mention something to him before I was let go.
