The interview process went well, and I found both HR and the hiring manager to be friendly. There was a slight delay in getting the offer because of the holidays, but they were helpful in answering all my questions. I'd definitely recommend them.

I met with HR first who told me about the company and their past projects, explained the general roles and what the internship would entail, and asked about my background and how I found out about them. Then, I met the fashion editor who also asked about my background and described what the intern role would involve, emphasizing a learning experience over menial tasks. I also got a tour of the office and met some studio team members, which was a nice touch. I've wanted to intern at Moda for a while, so I was happy to see the office and meet people even if I didn't get the position.

Upon arrival, I was directed to a comfortable waiting area within the open-concept office. I spoke with the HR Manager responsible for intern recruitment. She inquired about my academic background and current studies, and then indicated I'd hear back within a week. I never received a follow-up.
