I sent in my application, and they called to check if they needed anything else. Then, two days later, they called back to set up an interview with the GM. I went to that interview, and after that, they asked me to do a second phone interview with the District Manager. After the second interview, I waited about a week before the DM called to tell me I got the job. I went in a week after that to complete the paperwork.

Applied online. It took 3 months for them to contact me for an interview. The interview was scheduled for 3 weeks after the call. I interviewed with the director of training. The interview was about an hour long, and he mostly talked about MOD culture. He asked about my work experience and some standard questions. We scheduled a realistic job preview for the end of the week. I observed the team for 3 hours during a busy dinner service. I wasn't allowed to participate due to liability, but I watched. I was asked to come up with more questions, and he said he'd call me on Monday, but he never did.

The interview felt pretty laid-back and conversational. The interviewer asked a bunch of questions related to my experience with the position and also gave me more detailed info about the role. It went on for about an hour because we were just chatting. Overall, it was a good experience.
