In all circumstances, whether you have hope to join the company or you do not, read thoroughly about the company heritage. You will know how this company is really great and how it was built really and truly by superb Egyptian National Leaders in the Employment Market. Also you can pay a visit to one of the Mobinil Shops. Look to how they receive their customers, how the process is going and also how the employees do deal professionally. Perhaps things could have changed now, but I still believe that Mobinil/Orange is going to make it. دايما مع بعض
- Where do you see yourself in this company 5 years from now?
Quality Improvement Manager
It was too long of a process, started with a personal 1on1 interview with my manager based on a referral. Once there was mutual acceptance between us, we moved to the HR phase, which started with another 1on1 interview with the manager's manager and the HR sitting in. Once that was done, we shifted to the HR assessment, which started with an IQ & English test. Then we moved to a full day assessment, which included four assessments. What I recall from them: 1- Competency based interview, 2- a couple of hour panel that included some cases such as: A- Creating a presentation for top management, B- Going through a time management and prioritization exercise. This full day assessment took around 6 to 7 hours and was done in mobinil's premises, but it was conducted by JobMaster.
- Having to come up with a top management presentation based on something totally unknown to you and standing up to actually do the presentation
Marketing Specialist
The hiring process involved around 11 interviews. There were multiple one-on-one meetings, some panel interviews, a case study with a presentation, and a marketing test. They also threw in an IQ and math test. A lot of the interviews felt like a repeat, mostly situation-based or behavioral questions. The office environment itself seemed pretty nice – spacious, comfortable, and welcoming.
- If money were no object, what five cars would you choose to own?
- What are some of your favorite Mobinil advertisements?
Technology Contractor
The whole process went by super fast, just a week! A team lead gave me a call to set up the interview, which was more like a chat about my resume and my studies/experiences. For this temp gig at Mobinil, you basically sign with a third-party contractor until a permanent spot opens up, and then you get first dibs. I chatted with some friends and the lead, and they both said there's about an 8-12 month chance of going permanent. The pay is pretty low to start, but it bumps up once you're permanent, plus you get benefits. Seems like a decent arrangement. Word is, this Products & Services team is one of the quickest at Mobinil to transition temps to permanent roles. It really comes down to the odds, you know?
- Can you discuss your resume?
- What about your background studies/experiences can you share?
