The interview covered topics about the technology stack, logics and practical implementation, real-world examples, and past projects. Most questions were about the latest technology and projects done so far. There were MCQ questions, and a lot of questions on speed, time, and distance. Logical and verbal questions were also asked, with the verbal questions being passage-based. In DBMS, most questions were about normalization, and OOPs Inheritance is an important topic. There was just one interview, a 30-minute meeting at Mobily's offices with a panel of three people: my manager, his manager, and an HR manager. The HR manager always asks the same questions about why you want to join Mobily, your current salary, and your salary expectations. The rest of the panel primarily asks about your past job experience, and often they seem to learn from what you share. So, go into your interview feeling confident and treat it like a casual chat.

It was very straightforward; each interviewer asked questions related to their specific duties and authorities. No trick questions were asked. They were just assessing if I was up for the job. All questions were directly related to my job functionality.
