The interview process was pretty straightforward. I talked to the manager who was nice and easy to chat with. They mostly wanted to get a sense of who I am, what I'd contribute to the team, and my past work experiences.

The interview process normally starts with a Senior HR person. If they like you, you'll then interview with all the Directors, including the Area Director, Loss Prevention Director, HR Director, Learning and Development Director, Operation Director, and Finance Director. If you make it past that, there's a final interview with the VP of Sales.

The whole interview thing was really fast and smooth, and they let me know the decision super quick. First, I had a call, and then I went in person. It was great to get a response so fast, especially since so many places don't even bother to get back to you these days.

I applied for assistant store manager and was able to confirm with the regional manager. The interview process started with a phone interview. The manager explained that the job is not just given, it has to be earned. He stated that I would have to start at $11.50 an hour for a three-week training period before moving up. Given my 12 years of experience, I cannot accept starting at the bottom, especially after applying for an assistant manager role. This information was very misleading and incorrect. It would have been great to be able to sell a lot of products until I got tired of earning minimum wage. My previous job was store manager. They do not respect experience or people's time.
