I talked to a recruiter first. Then I interviewed with VP Rachel, who was great and positive. After that, I had a 3rd interview with a Sales Director and another Territory Manager. The 4th interview was a phone call with Yousef, one of the co-owners.

It was a typical interview process. The person who hired me is no longer there, but he was one of the few good people. Anyone who genuinely cared about the company got demoted or fired. I'm glad I left before that happened to me.
