We had a technical screen where I had to design a simple system for storing and retrieving images based on user requests. This part felt like a system design challenge, requiring me to identify constraints, select appropriate tools, and explain my reasoning for those selections.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process for projects that aren't super critical to the company. Generally, there's one part where they ask technical questions, talk about the project, and discuss commands. The process is a bit all over the place and really depends on who they're interviewing.

The hiring process starts with CV selection. Then, there's an in-person or phone chat with a recruiter. After that, an in-person meeting with a mid-senior manager, followed by one with your future boss. Stages 2 or 3 might be skipped sometimes. Once you pass an interview, you get a questionnaire about your past work, conflicts of interest, etc. This goes to security for screening. If all's good, you get an offer and a contract to sign. For top management roles, an assessment center might be needed, involving a business case presentation and/or IQ/motivation/psycho tests. The whole thing can take over a month.

I applied online with my CV, then had a phone conversation and was invited for an interview. After that, I interviewed with the Manager of the department, and finally, I interviewed with the boss. They also asked if I could do something difficult in MS Excel. I answered that, of course, I can Google how to make it. They liked that they didn't need the exact answer, but wanted to hear that I'm available for searching solutions.
