Content Specialist
The interview process was smooth and well-executed. The recruiters were very thoughtful. I had multiple interviews with different team members, which gave me ample time to consider the role. More importantly, it allowed me to understand the team dynamics and culture more deeply than usual. I also got to visit the Reno office in person, which helped me envision life at MOBE. Although the process was a bit lengthy, I appreciated it because it ensured it was the right decision for everyone involved.

Talent Acquisition Partner
I had a great time interviewing with this company. I talked to the VP of HR, and she was super nice and helpful. She gave me good info about the job, making things easy. The interview process was fast and organized. They first offered me a contract role, which I took. Then, I was super happy to get an offer for a full-time W2 job, and I accepted that too. I'm really thankful for these chances and appreciated the whole positive experience.

Guide
The company was going through some internal changes and took the job offline right before my interview, but the interviewer only let me know when our scheduled time arrived. We still did the interview, though it's for a position that might or might not open up later. The whole process felt strange – the interviewer was kind of passive-aggressive and really picked apart most of what I said, even though I felt like I did okay. They mentioned they were after someone with more experience, which was weird since I got the interview, but they kept saying it was a huge issue. It just seemed odd that they'd waste their time and mine if I didn't have the exact experience they wanted. I asked for more details about things, but didn't get many answers. When I asked about how the company approaches certain things, I was told I should just be the expert and rely on what I already know. I found that strange because most companies have their own policies or ways of doing things beyond just the standard regulations like HIPAA.

Learning and Development Specialist
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn or Indeed about the role. I sent my resume back and said I was interested in learning more. The recruiter then set up a call. The recruiter was ONLY interested in why I wanted to leave my current role, then my previous role, and so on. This was a really short-sighted approach for someone they solicited. They should have just recognized biases from my resume, instead of thinking I was a job hopper. It was a waste of time.
