Applied online, then went in for an in person interview about 10-14 days after applying. Had nice chats for the first part of the hiring process, but then they went radio silent without any follow-up email or a simple thanks for interviewing or any kind of status update. Kinda makes you wonder if this is normal, especially since you'd expect HR to be on top of their own hiring.

It was a good interview, I felt comfortable the whole time. It was very short, only about 5 minutes, like you'd expect in fast food. The atmosphere was good, and the people are nice and welcoming.

The interview process was really clear and upfront. It kicked off with a phone screen, followed by a team interview, and then a final interview with the CEO. I actually liked this process. A lot of other places don't have a super clear interview path.
