I had one interview with company partners. It was a great interview experience because they were really easy to talk to and all the interview questions were about my past jobs and experiences.

The whole hiring process took a while and was kind of unclear. After I first spoke with someone from Talent Acquisition, they set up an interview for me 5 weeks later. Then, I had to do an internal assessment and then one last interview before they made me a job offer.

Technical Behavioral

After some remote technical tests for pre-screening, I had a face-to-face meeting with the team lead I'd be working with. It was a relaxed chat where they asked about technologies I'd chosen for projects I led, and why. They also asked some technical questions about potential situations I'd face here, but nothing like math problems or difficult puzzles. It felt more like a discussion about architecture and engineering, figuring out the best way to meet company goals. They also seemed to be checking my background experience and any challenges I'd faced.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Looking back, have you ever regretted a decision made on a project?
  • For problem A, what technology or methodology did you employ, and would you opt for it again?
  • What are your expectations regarding the technologies and work environment here?
