It felt like MNJ was making decisions on the fly while interviewing candidates. They told the recruiter who presented me that they wouldn't offer me the job because I lacked an AWS certification for a collaboration consulting role (I'm not sure why that's relevant), just three days after both the recruiter and I were told an offer was coming. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I think I dodged a bullet by not accepting a job at MNJ.
