First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MMI.
Graduate Engineer
Sent in my CV and cover letter, then got a set of 6 questions to answer by email. After that, there was an assessment day. 6 of us were invited. We had to give a presentation on Transport Risks and then had an interview with two staff members. We also did 3 technical exams on probability of risk, engineering maths, and estimating the number of petrol stations in Britain. Lastly, we did a group exercise where we had to figure out how to survive in a jungle.
- Could you estimate the volume of Earth's oceans?
Corporate Trainer
It was a really nice and interactive chat. I got there right on time. Two recruiters were in the room, and they welcomed me before we started. They asked me to give them a quick rundown of myself. Then, we got into the interview questions. After that, they asked if I had any questions for them. I asked a couple of things about the role and the company. We wrapped things up, and they said they'd be in touch.
- What motivates your interest in a corporate trainer role?
- Can you describe your experience in training?
- Have your performance evaluations consistently been above average?
Business Representative
Had a face-to-face chat with the boss about business aspects, the product range, challenges, and different regions. We discussed my background in export, my computer abilities, and my readiness to travel to European countries, among other things.
- What is your experience duration in export environments?
Analyst
Went through a bunch of stuff, like an office tour and interviews, plus some personal skills tests. Talked to 4 different people one-on-one, and they were mostly cool. It was a really tough interview, mostly case study questions.
- What did you dislike about your previous employment?
