Customer Service Representative
First, I had to complete some online assessments. After passing those, I was put into the system for a 15-minute phone interview. They told me right after if I got the job. The whole hiring process was really easy and fast, especially since my start date was only two weeks away. I actually got the job offer on the same day as my interview.
- What makes you want to work here?
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Could you describe your previous job responsibilities?
Customer Support Representative
They really went over everything about the job, the good and the bad. Talked about the benefits and when they expect to hire. Also clarified what they need for hires who speak more than one language. They explained all the duties and what's needed to get the job, like how many hours you'll work, how long calls usually take, and how direct and accurate you need to be.
- Do you think you'd be a good fit for this role?
Customer Service Representative
It was a single round, a 30-minute group discussion with about 30 members. They apparently reject those who don't take initiative. I did this on campus. I think even an average student who can speak English will get selected.
- What are the advantages and disadvantages of social media?
