First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MMARS.
Service Coordinator
It's a few steps and you will be questioned by a few people. The interview process was asking me a lot about my previous employers. I kept it very honest.
- You have to take a typing test and show your college degree.
Human Resources
The old process was a paper application with a generic question about why you want to work here. The interview didn't accurately represent the job. The interview questions didn't make the job clear, and the job I was hired for wasn't what I was interviewed for.
- What makes you want to work for MMARS?
Support Planner
Before you begin the interview, you'll need to explain why you're interested in the company, which I think they use to test your written skills from that form. The questions asked are pretty much typical questions in any interview, such as what are your strengths?
- What are three critical qualities a Case Manager needs to possess?
- How do you handle prioritization?
Customer Service Representative
Took a short computer skills and grammar test on paper. Then, I had a quick chat with the supervisor, lasting less than 20 minutes. Finally, there was a reference and background check. The questions were pretty general and not very specific. I'm not sure if my references were actually contacted.
- Have you ever committed Medicaid fraud?
