First, there was a phone call with HR where they introduced the role and asked some standard questions. Then, I had an interview with the team manager which included a case study and general questions about insurance products. There was no intimidation during the interview. I already had experience as an insurance manager.

They asked about my understanding of regression models, my background, and my coursework. It was very quick; I was referred by someone and got the interview within a week.
