First I chatted with HR to see if I was a good fit for the company. Then, after we both agreed, I scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. It was a formal Zoom interview that lasted about 30 minutes.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had a standard phone interview first, then an assessment that led to a Zoom meeting. The Zoom interview explained what they are looking for and how the job would move forward. It was a polite interview, but it seemed like they are looking for people who can go door-to-door to find leads, with the idea that this is 'training' to eventually become a senior salesperson. The compensation seems really good, but it gave the impression there are many steps to get to the role they advertised.

Amazing. Nick/Matt answered all questions and gave all honesty with their answers. Can’t say anything negative. Thank you for taking the time and effort. Can’t wait for this opportunity! I strongly advise anybody that wants a successful career to push there way in the door and get an interview with MLM. For me I suggest having a little knowledge of sales to have the mindset of this job. Lots of money/people to help.

The interview was pretty chill. I chatted with the CEO and the person I'd be reporting to. They were open to my questions and concerns, and upfront with their answers. It didn't feel like an interrogation or like I was being judged. All in all, it was a good experience.
