Senior Designer
I had 3 rounds of interviews total - the first one was with the recruiter which was pretty brief, and then a more in depth conversation with the creative director, and then the executive creative director. No design test, no offer.
- Can you share your methods for discovering inspiration and generating ideas for your design projects?
- Describe a time you faced an unexpected challenge during a project and explain your approach to overcoming it.
Office Assistant
I went through three rounds of interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, who asked a bunch of questions, some easy and some not so easy. Then, I had two more chats that were pretty laid-back with people on the team. I didn't get an offer right away, but after a couple of weeks, they let me know that the person they first offered the job to turned it down, so they circled back to me, and I took it! It was great, everyone was super approachable and seemed genuinely interested in what I'm passionate about and my history.
- Can you share some details about your background?
- What challenges have you encountered in previous roles?
- How do you manage stress?
Account Manager
The process lasted 2 days. On the first day, they gave me an overview of the company and the job, and we got to know each other. The second interview involved going out into the field with an employee to see the daily operations and job tasks. Afterwards, there was a brief one-on-one interview to discuss how the day went and my final thoughts on the process.
- What career path are you seeking?
- Can you envision yourself succeeding in a sales position?
Intern
It was a pretty simple process. First, there was a Skype interview with the agency's assistant. If they thought I was a good fit, I was then invited for an in-person interview at their office with the rest of the team. After that, the assistant followed up with a phone call. Finally, they did a basic background check before extending the offer.
- What are your five-year career aspirations?
