Behavioral Technical Presentation

So first, I had a phone call with HR. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was mostly behavioral questions and a review of my CV. Finally, there was a technical test. They sent me an Excel file, and I had one hour to draw some conclusions about client and product performance. After that, we discussed the data and I answered some more questions with the interviewers.

You meet somewhere to interview with the regional manager and the VP of sales. They will go over your past experience in sales. Depending on where you are from, they will determine where you should live based on the territory. They will ask you to move to the city of their choice. If you say no, you are out. No reason to continue the interview. It's basically who you know when it comes to this job.

Behavioral Technical

The welcome was great. The person who interviewed me, my future manager, was very nice and professional. Since it was an internship, the required diploma was in progress, but no significant experience was needed. My profile was a good fit for their needs. I was stressed, of course, being young and new to job interviews. Some technical questions were a bit complex, but overall it was a very good experience, and the internship went well afterwards.

I was referred by someone who works there and didn't know much about the new role since it wasn't posted yet. It was an interview with two of the UK Sales Directors. One director was quiet and mostly took notes, while the other talked a lot and didn't let me speak much, which made it tough to cover all my experience because I kept getting cut off or moved to a new topic.
