First, there was an online assessment, the standard Arctic Shores one. Then, a Hirevue for motivational questions and brainteasers. After that, a telephone interview with someone from the GRB recruiting team, which was purely motivational. Finally, an assessment center with a group task and a presentation I had to prepare beforehand, plus an interview.

Had an easy 1 hour interview with a senior data engineer. They asked basic data warehouse questions and basic python questions. It went well and I was sure I did good, however, no luck at all. Best of luck.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process with the usual questions. The interviewers didn't seem to fully grasp the role's requirements since they're from different departments. So, the questions felt kind of generic.

Behavioral Other

The recruiter reached out via Linkedin and was nice, but the HR manager interview was a disaster. She fixated on irrelevant resume details and my reasons for looking for a new job. I explained I had to relocate for my current job's return to office policy, and she questioned my awareness of this when I started and if I'd discussed it with my manager. She also focused on my current remote role vs. this in-person job, despite my prior in-person experience and proximity to the office. She repeatedly interrupted me mid-answer, preventing me from finishing. The pay was below average, there was no remote flexibility, and it seemed like a toxic environment requiring employees to handle multiple roles.
