The interview included a written test and an oral interview. Both were quite simple and didn't have much to do with the actual studies. If you get hired, there's a year of training where you need to complete around 300 hours of courses on various subjects to become a full-time employee.

First step: based on the curricula, we were split into three groups: the smallest group, those nearest to the job; the second, a bit smaller, those who just missed out; and the third group, those to be recalled for another job offer. I was in the second group, and I had two more interviews with different managers before the final one with the headmaster.
