It wasn’t that hard, simple behavior questions and star method, maybe some technical but very simple questions. I applied in February and they reached out late March early April for an interview and few days later I received an offer

The company was really responsive and kept me updated. The interview process was well organized. HR was great at finding people who would fit in. The managers were open about what it's like working on the team.

So, the process was pretty simple. They told me that the two Teams interviews wouldn't have anyone on camera. It started with HR, then I spoke with the hiring manager, and then there was a final interview on-site.

Project EHS Manager
A recruiter from the company reached out and connected me with senior management. They asked for details about several EHS projects I had completed. After I provided those, an interview was scheduled. It was a 2-hour panel interview, followed by another call. The communication throughout the process was good, and I was always kept informed. The only delay was because I was the first US hire for a project managed from the UK.
