It was just one phone screen where they asked behavioral questions, pretty standard. There weren't any other technical or behavioral rounds. I got a verbal offer confirmation within about a week, and then the official offer letter and paperwork came a few days after that.

Got invited for an onsite interview that included a one-hour research talk, followed by four one-on-one meetings. There were no test-like questions; it was mainly open discussions about their work. The people seemed nice, but the place felt like it was going nowhere. Then they asked for references to send in letters. I didn't hear back for over a month, and eventually got a rejection after I kept following up with HR. An official rejection email arrived out of the blue more than four months later, long after I had accepted another job. It seems many of their job postings aren't real. The role I applied for and several others I saw are still listed with the same descriptions even after four years.

It started with an online coding test with 4 questions on Codility, needing at least 80% on each. If that went well, I was submitted. Then, I had a 1-2 hour interview with 3 engineers where they asked about my resume and one of the coding problems.
