It was a very informal and informational interview. The people I spoke with were very nice. They asked about what my interests are and why I found the position appealing. They also inquired about which department I would prefer to work in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

It was a terrible interview experience. They were rude and unexpectedly changed the location on me, then expected me to be okay with it. They asked very personal questions about my fiance and seemed to imply I might have children because I am a woman.

I spoke with the Chief Counsel and Deputy Chief Counsel. The interview started with standard questions about my background and my motivation for joining the AGO. Then, we moved on to more specific questions about my teamwork and work style. The conversation was pretty casual and focused on whether I'd be a good fit, rather than any tricky questions.
