The process was super fast and pretty good. I think I applied Tuesday before Thanksgiving after 5pm, so I wasn't expecting to hear back soon and was surprised to get an email the next morning at 9:15am moving me to the next step. It looks like they took feedback on the exercises because I only had to do a simple spreadsheet and answer 5 questions, which took me a little over an hour. The day after I sent back my exercise, they asked me to interview. I met with 4 people in total over two interviews within two weeks. Everyone I spoke with had previously been in the role I applied for and could explain exactly what I'd be doing. I thought the interviews were very direct, and since it was an entry-level position, they focused more on work style and organization than on hard skills. They contacted me with an offer the day after my last interview.
- How do you handle working with others?
- Can you explain your organizational methods?
- Imagine a scenario where three clients need an urgent email response, but you lack the time to address them all. What would be your course of action?

I applied for this role and right away got an email asking me to do an assessment. Assessments are common for me, but this was the only place that wanted me to do one BEFORE a phone screen. The assessment had three parts, and I put several hours into it because I wanted it to be good. A week later, I got an email saying I wouldn't be considered further, which was super annoying. I was already iffy about applying because of Glassdoor reviews, and now I see I was right to be concerned. They obviously don't value candidates' time. I'd tell others not to bother applying. This feels like a preview of how they treat employees. Just because we need a job doesn't mean our time should be disrespected. I thought the work I did should have at least gotten me a phone interview. If they only want perfect assessment answers based on what they expect, they'll miss out on good people.

- Proofread and fact-check an email
- Look over a spreadsheet of data and write an email to a client about performance

I was contacted to do three exercises, which I completed and sent back. I was told I'd hear back in a week, but it took three weeks for the first interview. During the interview, both interviewers seemed distracted and were smiling at something off camera. They asked for references and said I'd hear back by the end of the week about a second interview. Three more weeks passed before I heard anything. My contact apologized for the delay and asked for a second interview the next week. After I confirmed my availability and interest, I heard nothing. I followed up multiple times, but they ghosted me, and it's been over a week with no response. This lack of respect for my time makes me question how I'd be valued as an employee.
