I had an initial call with the recruiter to see if I was a good fit for a clinic. Then they flew me out to visit the clinic for 2 days (they covered flight and hotel). The visit itself was pretty disorganized; there wasn't a clear introduction or plan for my time there. None of the doctors seemed to know I was coming, let alone that they were looking to hire a new vet. I honestly wasn't sure how to best use my time. As I was leaving, I chatted with the manager about what would happen next. They mentioned they would send over an offer letter and we could proceed from there. So, I got a job offer on the spot? But later on, I never heard back from MVP or the clinic. Both recruiters I had talked to had actually left the company (I just got automated replies when I emailed them), and the manager never responded to my messages.

I was contacted really fast after applying. First interview was with the recruiting coordinator. The next morning, I had an interview with a department supervisor. That went fine. Again, by the next morning, I was scheduled to interview with the department manager. I logged into Teams for that interview, but nobody from MVP joined for about 15 minutes. I contacted the recruiting coordinator, they apologized and rescheduled. I finally interviewed with management, and it went well. They said HR would contact me in 2-3 weeks. A month and a half later, I still haven't heard anything, which is odd because they were emailing me daily at first.
