First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MISource.
Sales Associate
The interview process was easy and felt like a conversation. The company seemed to really care about my thoughts on their processes. It sounds like a great place to work.
- Can you tell me about your experience in sales?
Technical Recruiter
First, I had a phone chat with the branch manager, then an on-site interview where I met with 3 managers. They were really open about what they expected and how the training works. There was also a personality test that lasted about 20-30 minutes.
- Can you describe a situation where you faced and overcame a significant challenge?
Human Resources Payroll Assistant
The first interview was informal. I had a second interview scheduled. I arrived and was waiting in the parking lot, and then received an email literally 30 minutes before the interview stating it was cancelled and that they had already hired someone a couple of days before. Supposedly they had thought someone else had reached out to me... (considering we had made the appointment the day they had supposedly hired the other person)
- Can you introduce yourself?
Technical Recruiter
Had 2 phone interviews and then 2 face to face ones. It was pretty easy but they do try to act very intimidating. They said they interviewed hundreds of people for the position, which is hard to believe but it might be true.
- Wonderlic test
